Cancellation Policy
Standard Cancellation: Students must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a lesson. Late Cancellation: Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice are forfeited (charged in full) and are not eligible for a refund or makeup. No-Shows: If a student does not appear within the first 10–15 minutes of the scheduled time, the lesson is considered a "No-Show" and is charged in full.
